This class is recommended for Int/Adv. dancers who have had prior experience. Class begins with a warm up to engage the joints and core muscles and increase flexibility.
This class has a standard warm-up, focuses on across the floor technique and ends with a combo.
This class begins with a full body warm-up, moves into technique building across the floor exercises and ends with a new combination each week.
Build strength and flexibility through barre work and center exercises. The pacing and skill level of this class will require previous ballet training.Â
