What sets us apart
Start your journey with our beginner courses, where we’ll teach you the fundamentals over a 6 or 8 week period. This is the time to build fitness and develop your capacity to perform movements effectively. Unlike other gyms that throw you into mixed-level classes, where it's easy to feel overwhelmed without clear direction, we focus on developing solid foundations, correct form, and refining techniques with guidance from our expert trainers.

History made in Shoreditch
Paragon Gym was established in 1996, when Shoreditch was far from the cultural hotspot it is today. Founded by the Lawson brothers—all world champion kickboxers—with the mission to create a welcoming space for people of all levels to transform both physically and mentally through martial arts, we've stood the test of time and remain an essential part of the local community today.
