Born and raised in Napoli, Master Pizzaiolo Dino Santonicola brings authentic Neapolitan cuisine to downtown Dallas, along with his wife and restaurant industry veteran Megan. The Santonicolas share their passion and love for the culture and cuisine of Southern Italy at Partenope, for whom the city of Napoli was originally named.
