Piccardo Languages

Set up by linguist, Paola Piccardo, Piccardo Language Services is committed to helping individuals learn a language in a fun and interactive environment. Using her experience of teaching in private language schools across the UK, and at the University of Aberdeen, Paola has developed her own teaching method and bespoke extra material to achieve the best results. 

• We aim to motivate and inspire students – at their own pace – with a teaching approach that encompasses all aspects of language.  Using grammar, speaking, witing and reading, we build confidence. 
• With a language comes the culture of a country and so cultural awareness is also an important aspect of our approach. 
• Classes are aimed at building language skills from beginners to intermediate and advanced, with specific bespoke activities for each student.  
• We use a range of different media, such as books, audio and video recordings, articles, grammar and vocabulary games and quizzes.  
• Delegates are also given reading and comprehension exercises, phonetic drills and guided dialogue for speaking practice.
