Improvement Apprenticeships

• We’re the parent company of Capella, the trailblazing Improvement Apprenticeship Specialist. Committed to providing you with the best learning opportunities. You can take advantage of world-class Lean Six Sigma, Improvement and Quality Apprenticeships with complete programme support from admin, management, and applications for your levy-funded apprenticeship programmes.
• Our apprenticeships start at Level 3 (Improvement Technician) and go up to Level 6 (Improvement Leader), providing a program that caters to individuals at all stages of their career journey, from career starters to senior leaders.
• Comprising the best improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, and Leadership, the Improvement apprenticeship standards align with Lean Six Sigma Belts. They are designed to offer the essential skills, behaviours, and Continuous Improvement knowledge they need to thrive in today’s dynamic and competitive business environment. Successful learners earn two certifications on completion, their Apprenticeship certificate and the equivalent Lean Six Sigma Belt certification.
