Quantum Metta

Quantum refers to ‘energy’ – pockets of energy – and all life is energy, seen and unseen. Metta means ‘loving kindness’ and sums up a lot of things we believe in and want to manifest through who we are and the work we do. So Quantum Metta is the energy of love and kindness.

To be kind and loving in our intentions and in our actions is a way of making a contribution and difference in our world. Gandhi said, “Be the change you seek in the world.” What’s great is that we all get to choose who we’re going to be every day.

We wholeheartedly recommend choosing to make positive connections with others… give a massage or a hug, smile, have fun, make someone’s day, show support, share time and skills and gifts, look for the best in yourself and others… be creative.

We’ve noticed that the more you do it, the better you feel… and what’s more, it’s catching. It seems to be the case that you get what you focus on. The energy moves outwards in ever increasing circles… and others join in!
