Following the global financial collapse in 2008, the founding partners Sean Tennant & Gary Milligan recognised that many small and medium enterprises could not afford to pay for full-time health & safety managers to help them comply with the numerous H&S legislations, whilst trying to balance the books and deliver a quality product for their clients.
Since 2012, we have added human resources, fire risk assessments, online and classroom-based training courses, and a range of other services that assist clients with their HR and H&S Responsibilities.
Now 13 years on, we proudly represent some of the finest companies in the West Midlands, but not only construction companies, we have progressed seamlessly into other sectors, firstly through fabrication & installation clients and then various industrial, workshop and office environments.
