Founder Profile

• Saiful Nang was the founder of Candidsyndrome in 2004 which was later incorporated in 2006 under the Companies Act 1965. Saiful Nang received his initial education at English College Johor Bahru in the field of pure science. In 2000, he obtained a bachelor's degree in media at Multimedia University majoring in Film. He was later awarded the title of Master by the professional organization in photography based in Birmingham, England (MPA) after successfully impressing the judges at an exhibition held in Singapore in 2009.
• Saiful Nang is one of the famous photographers who created a phenomenon in the photography industry in Malaysia. He is active in activities that raise the status of the art of photography in Malaysia. On photography and filmmaking tickets, Saiful Nang has traveled all over the world and Candidsyndrome has a list of clients from Australia, Japan, Brunei, UK, USA and even Europe. Now, the Candidsyndrome brand has given birth to Candidsyndrome Brunei, Jakarta & Stockholm.
• Saiful Nang himself is an artist and is the CEO of Colors of Asia Sdn Bhd. Being the Employer of more than 30 employees around the world, it is not easy because at the same time he is also one of the founders of Rumah Pengasih Warga Prihatin (RPWP) which is a shelter for asnaf, the elderly, the disabled and also orphans . Because of that, he was also listed as one of the "TOP 10 OF MALAYSIA YOUNG & SUCCESSFUL" personalities in 2011.
• He has also been selected as the winner of the prestigious youth award in Asia, the "Asian Youth Ambassador Award 2010". In addition, he has also won many photography and film awards.
• As a philanthropist, he has recruited staff from RPWP as employees. With the training provided, the company's employees managed to provide good work quality among asnaf and former drug addicts along with existing employees. In 2005, Saiful Nang started his vision to open an educational institution that was established in 2010, named Saiful Nang Academy.
• Saiful Nang has also been appointed as a director of PADU Care, (Fund for Medical Healing Support) together with Tan Sri Dato Ani Arope, Datuk Roslani Abd Majid and Tan Sri Mustafa Mansor, making him the youngest individual appointed to hold the highest position in this organisation.
• Based on his contribution in the world of visual arts, he has been appointed as one of the panel members for the K-Perak Project and also the evaluation panel for the National Photography Skill Curriculum organized by the Skills Development Department (previously known as MLVK). Saiful Nang Academy

• Saiful Nang Academy Sdn Bhd has been established since 2007, as a training unit under a successful creative media company, Colors of Asia Sdn Bhd. The academy offers training and short courses in the fields of photography, videography, business, social media marketing for various private, private agencies and even government bodies.
• In 2012, Saiful Nang Academy was registered under the Companies Act 1965 together with SSM. In 2013, Saiful Nang Academy was accredited by the Skills Development Department (JPK) as one of the "Accredited Centres" and was the first academy to offer the Malaysian Level 3 Certificate of Skills in Photography at that time.
• Apart from workshops with government departments, Saiful Nang Academy also actively conducts weekly, online courses and so far has reached 700 classes.
