Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) is designed to teach casualty management during civilian tactical, hostile, high-threat incidents as well as rescue operations. Based upon the principles of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), TECC accounts for the differences in the civilian environment, resources, patient population, and scope of practice from the military combat environment of TCCC.

This training lays the groundwork to help you prepare physically and psychologically to deliver effective care at the right time during the phases of Direct Threat, Indirect Threat, and Evacuation.You’ll be moved out of your comfort zone and forced to make quick, effective life-saving decisions. We do this by utilizing stress inoculation based on real-world scenarios, repetition and training to proven TECC standards.
