Jazz is a dance form that explores many different styles ranging from lyrical to traditional. This class will emphasize technique, alignment, musical variation, and jazz combinations.
Various styles of tap are presented ranging from Broadway style to the more syncopated jazz style of “rhythm tap”.
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
