TDT Training Australia was started by Dave Roberts, who – after spending many years in transport and millions of kilometres on the road – decided to use his experience to start a training organisation 25 years ago.
When the business first started, it focused primarily on truck licensing but it was soon evident to Dave that there was a strong demand for additional services and delivery in rural locations. Thus the business developed from strength to strength.
Becoming fully accredited to deliver a full range of courses. In 2008, Dave retired to a more relaxed lifestyle in Queensland and hand over the reigns to his son Brett, while remaining as a Director of the business.
