About The Observatory Practice

The Observatory Practice is a professional hypnotherapy and wellbeing practice in the historic ocean city of Plymouth. Based in a beautiful Georgian building within The Crescent, we are proud to have been serving Devon, Cornwall and surrounding areas for over 18 years.

What’s Available

Therapies currently available at The Observatory include: Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Bespoke Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hot Stone Therapy. 

We also offer various training courses, as well as personal interest wellbeing courses, classes and workshops.

We offer yoga classes in our beautiful new yoga studio, or join us online. One-to-one sessions also available.

The Practice Owner and Principal is Jo Perry, a highly experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Supervisor and IHT Senior Lecturer, and also an EFT and Reiki Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher.  Jo took over the practice in January 2023 after having trained, worked and taught here for many years.

Practitioners working at The Observatory have the highest qualifications in their profession, are involved in CPD and have a track record of successful therapy.
