I am an extremely experienced body-worker, qualified in numerous massage modalities including; Warm Bamboo Massage, LaStone, Aromatherapy, Hawaiian and Thai Massage, Reflexology, Advanced Facials (see below), Seated Acupressure Massage and Deep Tissue Hands Free Massage Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Wood Therapy, Pregnancy, Indian Head, Myofascial Release... plus all the modalities you can see on my accredited pages, too many to list.... With 30 years experience working in London, nationally and internationally.

I am a qualified TCM and 5 Element Acupuncturist from the International College of Acupuncture and Bodyharmonics. I offer treatment and wellness plans for a wide range of conditions, including physical, emotional and spiritual challenges.

I can provide you; Facial Acupuncture, Fertility/Maternity, Cupping, Moxibustion and Gua Sha Therapy and have an excellent understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the teachings of JR Worsley. I have qualified as a Macrobiotics Health Practitioner with Simon Brown. I have studied Daoist Medical Qigong with White Tiger Qigong.

I am attuned to Reiki 1&2, Gaia Healing of Eternal Light,  and immensely excited to be a Pellowah Practitioner.

I have extensively studied and qualified in; Holistic Facials and Natural Face Rejuvenation, Facial Acupuncture and Gua Sha and Facial Reflexology as well as Intra-oral TMJ release therapy..
I studied Kobido with Master Shogo, the 26th Grandmaster in Tokyo for level 1&2 Kobido Facial.
In 2023, I studied with ChuanZhi Academy in Traditional Chinese Facial Massage, Facial Enhancement Acupuncture with Paul Adkins.

This year, 2024, my training in Crystal Therapy.  In the Autumn, I will be studying Hypnotherapy with Adam Eason at The Anglo European College of Hypnotherapy. 

I am a qualified teacher, holding a Cert Ed, IV and A1 assessors award. For 17 years, I have been teaching Anatomy and Physiology and Complementary Therapies at Brockenhurst College as well as private Academies. 

My own academy, The School of Fine Tuning was set up to train therapists to enhance and develop new skills and ways to work powerfully and deeply, using Hands Free massage techniques.

The school has now expanded and grown so that there are many advanced massage training courses available to therapists as well as Level 3 A&P and Massage Diplomas, to train new practitioners. I have developed my own courses with numerous integrated massage and tool techniques that produce fantastic results. 

I am Tallgrass qualified and Practice Canine Acupressure, Canine Massage, 5 Elements Canine essential oils self selection, from Nayan Morag and practice an energetic approach of wellness for dogs. I have written Canine AcuPoint Massage, a CPD Accredited Course for Canine Professionals.

I am a qualified KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher having graduated from the Sahej Academy in 2019 and Gong Practitioner and Therapist with Mehtab Benton.
 
I received a Kidney Transplant 12th January 2023, my brother was my donor. I will bring as much forward from this experience to be of service to others as an offering from this miraculous process.

I live in Bournemouth, close to the sea. and practice Pan Gu Shengong, Pilates and Kundalini Yoga regularly and maintain a healthy, balanced whole food Macrobiotic diet honouring the essence of an holistic lifestyle.
