Unique to the University of Manchester, our Manchester Leadership Programme (MLP) enables you to gain a greater understanding of what it means to be a responsible global citizen, through a hands-on programme of academic events and community activities.
Take the MLP as part of your degree and learn directly from leading Manchester academics and high-profile leaders from the public, private and voluntary sectors. You'll discover the challenges facing society in the 21st century, and the leadership approaches needed to address them.
You'll also undertake volunteer work, giving back to society and developing the kinds of skills and experiences that graduate employers seek.
Aims During the course you will be taking 180 credits in all. The eight taught modules during semester one and two total 120 credits and consists of both compulsory and optional taught units which can be viewed in the list below.
