Our History

ThirdEye Consulting was founded in 2017 by Jeff Steinke and Kelley Walton. The company was founded on the premise that consulting was stagnant and needed to adapt to keep pace with rapidly evolving industries.

ThirdEye focused on hiring the very best talent and paying as much care and attention to their smallest customers as their largest. Rather than employing a dedicated sales team, ThirdEye opted for their company to be composed entirely of highly skilled consultants. This allowed them to become a delivery-first organisation that prioritises customer satisfaction.

ThirdEye provides all staff with a dedicated ‘Edge’ day once a month to focus on professional learning & development which reduces burnout whilst also ensuring our team has time to stay on top of their game.
