Top speed college was established in 2002, viewed as its one of the subsidiaries under top speed holding. It is supported by the management staff, trainers and well-equipped infrastructures. Founder francis tan chin fong has more than 21 years of experience in this field. 

Topspeed holding has received many recognitions from high-profile companies. For instance, goodyear, continental, exxonmobil, bp castrol and bosch, for its outstanding services and quality. This will help the college in furthering its dynamic developments. Coupled with top speed holding’s service centres under top speed auto care, top speed automobile and benzone auto care supporting the college with in-house practical training (ipt) for students at the 7 service centres around klang valley, students are assured of getting in-depth knowledge as well as practical experience. 

At top speed college, the industry-relevant curriculum based on experiential learning produces highly competent and qualified graduates. 

Courses conducted by us are jpk ( jabatan pembangunan kemahiran) certificates in after sales service level 2 and level 3 and certificate in tyre service technology level 1, 2 & 3, are awarded by jpk (jabatan pembangunan kemahiran) under the ministry of human resource.  Francis tan chin fong – founder

We are also an approved center for City & Guilds (C&G) providing diploma courses in Light Vehicle Maintenance And Repair Principles Levels 1 and 2.

Top Speed College is also able to assist needy students financially with a loan secured from PTPK and KOJADI so students do not need to worry about the payment of their fees.
