About Training Wales

Business Development Unit is the commercial department of NPTC Group of Colleges. We provide scheduled and custom-made training programmes to public and private organisations throughout Wales and beyond.

 All courses at the Business Development Unit are inclusive of VAT.

We are a Centre of Excellence for Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), providing a range of nationally recognised management courses as well as a variety of bespoke courses and programmes specially designed to meet each organisation's specific requirements.

Our courses are accredited by bodies including NEBOSH, IOSH, RSPH, CIEH and City & Guilds.

Leadership and Management Wales

Business Development Unit has been awarded with a LMW Quality Award which represents the definitive standard for training providers offering leadership and management development in Wales.

The award recognises Business Development as a training provider who demonstrates best practice and maintains the highest standards.
