About Me

My mission is to educate and inspire, enhancing my clients’ health and beauty and creating a butterfly effect that transforms the world around them. Today, more than ever, health and wellness are at the forefront of our minds – for a better quality of life.

We live super busy lives and the demands we put on ourselves are very high.  We don’t have time to prepare proper meals and often just grab something for convenience,  forgetting that we eat to nurture our bodies.

That’s why I like working with my busy clients and helping them cut through the noise and tonnes of information that overwhelms them. My first conversation with my clients is about understanding the problems they encounter, and then forge a plan that will suit their lifestyle and needs at that moment.

If you struggle with intolerances like gluten and dairy, or have been asked to cut refined sugar I can assist you in making the changes that can bring relief to your gut, digestive and immune system. I can provide you with recipes for meals and baking to make a smooth transition (without compromising on taste!). With the right choices, you won’t succumb to cravings.

 

My Health and Wellness Story

Why, in these days when we are surrounded with so much information and have so many health practitioners, do we feel even more overwhelmed and frustrated as we try to get our health back on track? The advice that we often get is conflicting and you as a simple consumer are left to figure it all out.

That was definitely my story as I went from doctor to doctor. All they did was treat the symptoms without getting to the root cause of my problems. I had low energy, headaches, fatigue, anxiety and depression, gut issues like constipation, bloating, and unexplained tummy aches due to severe inflammation. My face was covered with deep pimples and I was so frustrated and embarrassed.

Luckily when I was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis, I was introduced to the concept of healing through nutrition and supplementation. I read lots of books, did my research and discovered I was gluten and dairy intolerant.

I was advised to reduce/eliminate sugar, tea and coffee from my diet to help reduce the inflammation and help my body heal itself. Once I started to make these changes to my diet I regained control of my health.

Two years later I fell pregnant, something I was told was almost impossible for someone with my conditions. So even though I studied for 5 years to become a programmer, my health journey and passion for helping people brought me to my new career.
