(OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178) Powered industrial trucks to include forklifts, tractors, platform lift trucks, motorized hand trucks and any other specialized industrial trucks powered by electric motors or internal combustion engines may only be used by trained authorized operators.
Experienced drivers in this course will participate in a multi-media training program designed to review their driving skills, review actual driving situations and identify potential hazardous situations. Upon successful completion participants will receive a Safe Driver’s Certificate.
Demonstrate proper safety procedures in the use of Aerial Lift equipment. Demonstrate proper donning procedures for body harnesses and discusses the importance of regular equipment inspection. Upon successful completion participants will receive an Aerial Lift User’s Certification Card.
This training will alert employers and employees to the serious health hazards of silica dust and to teach them how to protect themselves and their families.
This course covers the requirements for the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of a respiratory program. After completing this course, participants will be able to identify and describe the major elements of a respiratory protection program following the OSHA Standards.
