UKMC began in 2016, by working in partnership with other providers in order to build up our profile of the business, after 2 successful years, we then went on to gain our own awarding body recognitions and have been accredited to deliver with 5 awarding bodies, namely: EAL, Open Awards, OCR and NCFE, we are also a recognized UCAS centre.
This has enabled us to tailor our services to meet our growing student’s needs, along with our own goals and vision. More recently, we have begun embarking on a journey to extend our market and business offers to international students.
Most of our students progress on from us and move onto higher education, others progress within their current career, or begin a new career entirely. This qualification is designed for those who currently work, or wish to work in the field of assessment and internal quality assurance. It is designed to support the Assessment and Quality Assurance of all Apprenticeships and vocational qualifications.
This qualification provides transferable skills, knowledge, and understanding that can be applied in any business setting. The units in Group A are aligned to National Occupational Standards for business and represent the core attributes required by employers in a range of business settings
The Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership is designed to recognize skills and knowledge in management and leadership, allowing learners to apply knowledge and skill to the national standard required by employers and proving competence in their role.
The Qualification deals with complex and challenging organizational issues and opportunities. The units are closely linked to current day real world and work challenges and the Qualification will test and develop student’s workplace experience and abilities.
