Vietcentric Cooking Class

At Vietcentric we are on a mission to further enhance Nottingham’s modern independent culture and its rich heritage with our own Vietnamese handprint. Our studio is a place where people can learn and enjoy Vietnamese Cuisine and Culture through our very popular cooking classes and cultural events.

We just want everyone to enjoy Vietnamese food in Nottingham, no matter what their dietary needs and allergens since we substitute ingredients accordingly. This is why, alongside our recognised cooking classes, we have produced and use our own flagship spices during our classes, they are completely plant based (Vegan) so they can cater to all tastes, appetites and most importantly health. Using the finest ingredients, we help you to create amazing and reusable Vietnamese dishes at home.

Vietcentric espouses a community-centred approach, we also organise cultural events and offer internship placements for all students from all backgrounds in Nottingham.
