YOU Massage began in 2010 as a small team of massage therapists, keen to bridge the gap between relaxing and remedial treatments and provide effective, tailored massage that is affordable and accessible for all.

Among the Holistic Therapists and Sports and Remedial experts, are Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Instructors and a wide connection of specialists that spans locally.

Our Southampton Massage Studio

The YOU Massage Studio, opened 7 days a week can be found in the charming Bedford Place in Southampton, an accessible, central location.
In the Studio, you will experience a warm, comfortable atmosphere, with a beautiful range of artwork on the walls and for sell sourced by local talents, a relaxing music for you to drift off to, along with some nice filtered water to help yourself with.
