Defensive Driving training is offered by Excellence Driving School for all skill level. Whether you have completed our full system or just need a brush up before testing, we pledge to help you be the best driver possible in as short a time as possible.

The course combines theory and practical sessions. Students are assessed continuously during the course. This can be done in our vehicle or your own. Must hold appropriate driver’s licence for class of vehicle.

Designed by the NZ Transport Agency to meet the needs of young drivers in NZ, this course is geared for drivers on their Restricted licence, drivers who need more on-road understanding, compliance for job application or court directed drivers.

Through a defensive driving course, drivers are made aware of the stressors in their lives, the multiplicity of tasks they have to manage and how these can build up and overload the driver.

Defensive Driving course training is offered by Top Drive for all skill level. There are four 2 hour classroom sessions followed by 1 in car session. All sessions must be completed in order, the in-car session to be scheduled on the course and to be completed within 60 days.

Essential skills of motorcycle or scooter riding, for new riders and riders wanting their license. Can  be used as a refresher for riders who have a license but have had a long break from riding.

Street Talk is an NZTA-approved course in advanced driving skills. Successfully completing a Street Talk course allows you to reduce your restricted licence period by 6 months for under 25, or three months if you are over 25 years of age.
