Boilermakers- are like specialised welders. They work in the heavy engineering industry. The job of a Boilermaker is to make boilers, engines and high pressure-vessels.

Boilermaking course is offered by EASTC, a practical training college. Our programmes are developed to equip the person with essential skills in a workshop environment over a short period of time.

The boiler maker/making training is a 30 days course that includes both theory and practicals.

The name originated from craftsmen who would fabricate boilers, but they may work on projects as diverse as bridges to blast furnaces to the construction of mining equipment.

The learner is exposed to relevant equipment in the workplace during his 54 weeks plant training. The theory must also be consolidated with the practical.

Boilermakers are specialized artisans who mark off and fabricate structural steel and other metal stock to make or repair metal products and structures including boilers and pressure vessels.
