Massachusetts requires any individual applying for a class A LTC or FID card to pass a State Police approved safety course from a certified trainer. The most common course offered is the LTC-007 (NRA Home Safety Course), and this is what we teach.

Our basic Firearms Safety Class is semi-private and fulfills the Massachusetts firearms safety class requirement to apply for your Massachusetts license to carry (Mass LTC).  Our LTC course is 5-Star rated and it gives you the information you truly need to be a gun owner in Massachusetts.

This class will help you develop the skills needed to effectively defend yourself with a firearm. The class is designed for students that have just completed a Basic Firearms Safety Class and now want to learn the fundamentals of defensive shooting.

MRGC's Safety Course is offered one Saturday every other month (approx. 6 hrs.) Upon successful completion, students will receive at the end of the day the Massachusetts State Police Safety Certificate for License To Carry and FID Card applications. The one day course.

This course is recognized by Massachusetts as an approved Basic Firearms Safety Course (LTC-007) which meets the training requirement for application for a Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC).  Some physical movement is required and participants must be able to kneel, sit, and lie down.

This five-hour course presented in a classroom setting and taught by our Massachusetts State Police Certified Instructors. The Application process is explained in detail, including reason for application and desired license.Minimum age for attendance is 15 Years of age with parent or guardian.

Non-shooting course and teaches students the basic knowledge, skills, and to explain the attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of firearms and ammunition in the home. This is a four-hour course for safe gun handling that is conducted in the classroom only.
