A two-hour session where you’re immersed in all things chocolate, this tour is hosted by Gabe Davidson, WCF co-founder, and the person who introduced bean-to-bar ethical chocolate-making to New Zealand in 2013. You’ll learn all about the history of chocolate, the art of craft chocolate and the chocolate-making process, right from bean to bar.

Enjoy a chocolate tasting experience featuring single origin, inclusions and milk chocolates. It’s all about ‘snap, smell & savour’, learn how to seek out and enjoy high-quality, small-batch chocolate.
