Course Details

It includes all main aspects that will help you to become a performing dancer. We will start with ballet barre and stretching, then will transfer to jumps and turns.

Second part of a class we’ll be working on  dance routines to get our dancers ready for shows and performances throughout the year.

 

Levels:

  • Ballet (4-6 y.o.): No dance experience required. 
  • Kids (7-10 y.o.): No dance experience required.
  • Kids (11-14 y.o.): At least 2 years of dance experience required.
  • Adults/Teens (15+): At least 3-4 years of dance experience required.

 

Footwear:

  • Ballet or Jazz Shoes. Bare feet or non-slip socks are acceptable.

 

Attire:

  • Pre-School (4-6 y.o.): Baby-pink leotards, tights and skirts.
  • Kids (7-10 and 11-14 y.o.): Form fitting, stretch clothing you can sweat in. Must be black.
  • Adults/Teens and Ladies:Form fitting, stretch clothing you can sweat in.

 

Registration Info:

Performing Groups are only offered following the Term-based schedule and students are encouraged to register before the beginning of each Term. However, student are welcomed to join in the middle of the term as well and the fees will be prorated.

After being a part of Circus Theater troupe in Finland, Lidia also traveled with Cirque du Soleil for seven years, where she had an amazing opportunity to take multiple fitness and dance workshops along with circus artists. Lidia's passion is fitness and she gives it all when it comes to her classes.
