Koffman Academy provides a unique experience for students, where they are immersed in and inspired by music and dance all under the same roof. At Koffman Academy we offer elite, structured training in music and dance.
Classes are catered towards each individual student, encouraging them to reach their highest potential and become motivated to achieve success; benefitting them in all aspects of their lives.
This class is a combination of dance and gymnastics. Dancers will combine jazz and acrobatics together to learn different tricks, balancing positions, tumbling, and contortion skills. There is a large emphasis on flexibility, strength, and control.
Acro Dance is an art form that incorporates the fluid movements of dance with the exciting tricks of acrobatics. It is gymnastics for dancers! Students develop specific strength, flexibility, and technique to learn how to execute acrobatic tricks to be used in dance choreography.
AcroDance is an art form specifically for dancers. Acro has softer, more lyrical looking lines, with the emphasis being on lengthening “through” the tricks and holding pretty balances with interesting variations.
Acro syllabus guides the level of stunts used in each class and the dancer will work towards improving their strength and flexibility.
