Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.
Canada’s Professional School of Music & Arts was established in 2003. Since then, over 5000 students have taken music, art or dance lessons at our school. We offer variety of classes at our studio in Mississauga and online for students of all ages and levels.
We offer dance classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, acro, lyrical/contemporary, as well preschool and toddler classes.
We offer private music classes such as piano, guitar, voice, violin, flute, clarinet, ukulele and drums lessons, preschool piano program , history and harmony, we prepare students for Royal Conservatory of Music Exams, as well as festivals and competitions.
We offer art classes in drawing, painting, cartooning, portfolio preparation as well as kinder art classes for preschoolers.
We have music, art and dance classes at a variety of times so that you can book classes for different children at the same time to save you hours of driving and waiting time. We have regular music and dance recitals that students can perform in if they wish.
Our teachers all have university degrees and are very experienced in catering to the needs of new students.
Acro is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Through our Acro classes, students will build strength, flexibility, balance and control.
AcroDance is an art form specifically for dancers. Acro has softer, more lyrical looking lines, with the emphasis being on lengthening “through” the tricks and holding pretty balances with interesting variations.

Adult Acro is a progressive 7-week course focusing on full body conditioning, flexibility, balance, and strength training through acrobatics.
Strength and flexibility are cultivated to build a well-rounded acro dancer in both beginner and advanced level classes.
