Acrobatics is most often associated with activities that make extensive use of gymnastic elements, such as acro dance, circus, and gymnastics, but many other athletic activities—such as ballet and diving—may also employ acrobatics. Acro is an especially challenging dance style for dancers as it requires them to be trained in both dance and acrobatic skills.
Acro dancers must be in excellent physical condition because of its a physical demanding nature. D2B focuses on improving their strength, flexibility and agility with the combination of dance, acrobatics and Tumbling.

Acro / Gymnastics Classes are offered by Live to Dance Studio for all ages and abilities.
With instruction, a dancer will gain more flexibility and upper body strength, giving him or her a substantial advantage in today’s demanding choreography.
Acrobatics Dance Lessons are offered by Red Robynne Studios for all ages and abilities. We welcome anyone who wants to have fun with dance, from beginners to advanced dancers.
Many of our young dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and improve their flexibility while maintaining their technique and easily showcase their talent.
