Offering both BTDA graded Acrobatic work and group work for competitions. Acrobatic classes promotes balance, agility, flexibility and motor coordination.
Acro Dance (10 Year and up) classes are offered by Dancewise Studios. Dancewise will help you achieve your goals – whether you want to build confidence, improve your body shape, make friends with like-minded people or aim for the stars in one of our elite performance teams!
It's a combination of dance techniques with lots of acrobatic elements. It teaches us to bend, stretch and twist in a safe and fun environment, promoting balance, agility and coordination.
Our Acrobatics classes follow the Acrobatic Arts program allowing our dancers to train in the art of AcroDance. The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Acrobatics classes are offered by Timms School of Dance. Students are encouraged to develop at their own pace which helps to make them feel at ease and confident, learning a new skill whilst having lots of fun, and making lots of new friends.
