This Nail Tips with Acrylic Overlay course will teach you how to apply the acrylic system (liquid and powder) in conjunction with nail tips. During the course you will also learn to apply tips, mix and apply acrylic, shape the nail, apply colour and corrective methods. You will also learn to adapt your treatment to suit the needs of different clients.
Upon successful application, students will receive a course manual which they can refer back to. The theory modules are completed through distance learning with full support available. The course covers the consultation, contra-indications, technique and aftercare needed to perform acrylic overlay nail treatment.
The remaining module consists of a day of practical training and examination which is to be completed in our luxury training academy. A nail tip treatment is demonstrated by the tutor.
Trainees will be expected to carry out a nail tip with acrylic overlay treatment on each other or on a model with support and guidance from the tutor. Upon completion of the training you will receive a Beauty Guild GTi Award and ACTA Diploma, a certificate recognised by the main beauty insurance bodies.
