We offer three styles of dance for adults including Ballet, Tap, & a Jazz Funk class. Why take dance classes as an adult? It keeps you moving and active! Dance will increase your energy, confidence, and self-esteem. Learning the choreography helps improve memory, posture, balance and overall appearance.

A class to improve technique, strength, and flexibility while learning a diverse style of movement. This is one of the original fore fathers of dance, from Fosse to our current style of contemporary Jazz.
The development of body isolation, turns, elevations as well as various jazz styles and performance quality through conditioning, stretching, development exercises, progressions and combinations.
Dancers will build upon their Ballet technique, working on dynamic and vibrant movements dancing to upbeat music.
Jazz is designed to give students technique and style integrated with developing flexibility, strength, and a sense of musicality.
A high energy class featuring a variety of movement and styles. Classes consist of warm-up and barre exercises, as well as progressions, improvisation, combinations and routines.
