Our experienced coach will be there to give you guidance and help you learn any skills you may like to try. The class consists of a structured warm up, introduction to skills and then free time.
We are a purpose built facility with all the training equipment you could wish for in a gymnastics centre. Our diverse recreational program offers classes for children of all ages and abilities. We also offer progression in artistic gymnastics and high level acrobatics.
Classes follow a 10-week plan, ensuring gymnasts have the opportunity to facilitate all of the equipment. Please contact us directly for class dates and details.
Beginners Classes are designed for children attending full time school. These extremely popular classes support the fundamentals of gymnastics offering a programme of learning that is supported by the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.
Aimed at those new to gymnastics or more experienced gymnasts with previous ability, who wish to continue to develop their skills. Young adult gymnastics sessions are fun and exciting with a social element delivered at a more relaxed pace.
The format of our classes will be slightly different to keep in line with COVID-19 guidance given to us by the Government, World Health Organisation, Leeds City Council and British Gymnastics.
FunGym is designed to help children learn specific skills to enhance confidence, balance, co-ordination and motor skills. Our flexible program allows children to choose from 1-4 hours per week. FunGym places emphasis on fitness, activity, involvement and of course FUN
