Revolution Dance Studios is a well-established dance studio based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We are listed in the ‘Top 3 Dance Schools in Bradford’ and have attained 100% exam pass rates since introducing IDTA exams over 13 years ago.
Revolution Dance Studios is owned and run by Principal Miss Sarah Dembickjy. Sarah has had extensive dance training and is a qualified Freestyle associate teacher with the IDTA, Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 1& 2 Pilates instructor, Module 1 certified Acrobatic Arts Teacher, has gained BTEC Level 3 ND Performing Arts & BTEC Level 3 NA in Dance.
All of our staff are enhanced DBS checked, insured, fully qualified IDTA teachers or are working towards their Associate teaching qualification, or are working under the supervision of IDTA/Acrobatic Arts qualified teachers.
We have a relaxed friendly vibe at the dance studio to enable a comfortable and warm environment for all.
We offer students the option to take IDTA exams*, Lyrical competitions*, take part in our annual show weekend, have stage performance opportunities and receive awards at our annual presentation evening.
We also offer a Star of the Week award system in classes and a Dancer of the Month award system too.
Jazz dance combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance with current forms of popular dance. Jazz has its own vocabulary ranging from the isolation of certain body parts to the movement of the entire body with musical rhythm.
An energetic and popular class combining a range styles from current dance trends to Broadway’s musical theatre.
Here at SLP Junior Academy, the skills gained in our Jazz classes help to develop and strengthen the technique learnt from Modern Dance and is used to enhance styles such as commercial and lyrical.
A fusion of Latin styles with Jazz. Come and work on your technique, dance style and choreography.
This is a super fun class for all levels of ability and experience. Jazz is a style of dance you often see on stage at the West End.
