Dance Discovery was set up in 2013 by Clare Bungay specialising in RAD ballet, ISTD Tap and Jazz, Hip-Hop and Zumba for ages 18 months to Adults.
The main aim of the dance school is fun and enjoyment while working towards RAD & ISTD exams throughout the year. We also have various performance opportunities which we encourage pupils to attend, such as gala days, Christmas fairs and our own annual showcase.
The teacher adapts the routines to suit individuals so this class is suitable for all levels (except professional level).
Within our Jazz classes we cover both the ISTD syllabus as well as free Jazz exercises for our dancers to learn and explore different styles of Jazz while working on their technique and flexibility, We have Jazz classes available for all ages starting from the age of 3.
Street Dance is the most popular and fastest growing dance style in the world.
Junior Jazz classes are offered by Sylvan School of Dance. We encourage our students to develop knowledge and understanding of dance technique, musicality and artistry. Our goals are to create enjoyment and creativity in dance movement and strive towards a professional level.
Students are building on the basics of jazz technique to popular and age-appropriate music.
