Learn how to make a fondant cake
Cake Decorating Classes are offered by Kelly Jayne’s Cake Boutique covering you need to know about baking and cake decoration.
This course consists of 4 classes and is based on the basics of buttercream, ganache and fondant. It is mostly for beginners, but anyone is welcome.
Cupcake course is offered by Staci's Cake Decorating. Various techniques that can be used in order to decorate cupcakes.
We will learn to make a wedding cake - covering "dummies" with fondant. Doing the correct piping techniques.
