This study programme is for those learners who wish to focus their career on the front of house operations of the hospitality industry and other service sectors.
You will develop skills that will allow you to work in a variety of establishments and settings including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars and specialist events catering or to manage your own business.
The programme also includes studying Maths and English towards GCSE grade 9-4 (old grading system: A*-C) if you do not already have these grades.
