Also covered are the principles and technology of fire detection devices, signal appliances, control equipment, and ancillary devices controlled by the system.
You will learn traditional field wiring circuits, the connection of field devices, and the basics of microprocessor-based systems using addressable devices and remote annunciation. Other life safety support systems, such as smoke control and elevator recall, will also be discussed.

You will learn the basic skills you need to handle a firearm and hunt safely. The second part of the course teaches you what is expected of you as a hunter. What do you think a good hunter should be? How should he or she behave?
Our Firearms Safety Course combines both non-restricted (CFSC/PAL) and restricted (CRFSC/RPAL) programs into one economical, efficient, student-friendly course which is perfect for absolute beginners as well as people with some experience.
This course will introduce participants to general types of firearms, types of ammunition, ballistics, general safety, storage and transportation. Emphasis will be on the majority of firearms used with BC Law Enforcement General Duty Divisions and Emergency Response Teams
The (CRFSC) is made up of lectures and hands on practical training in the  safe handling of restricted firearms (typically handguns). Prohibited firearms are discussed but no actual prohibited firearms will be used  during the practical training portion.
