Classes consist of a warm-up, core work and stability exercises, floor-work, standing exercises into phrase-work, and spacial locomotion.
Wellesley Studios has been established to support ongoing development in the New Zealand dance industry. We aim to provide a space which is inclusive and supportive.

Three purpose-built, well equipped, fully accessible studios are available for residencies, classes and workshops, rehearsals and showings of new works in development.

Students have the option to sit JDNZ (Jazz Dance New Zealand) Lyrical medal tests. Classes are available to students who already have dance experience in Jazz or Ballet.
