DurationOur Advanced gymnasts is by invitation only, where one of our lead coaches will run a trial to assess the level of skills the gymnast currently has. COGC is a Cardiff based Gymnastic club based at Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics in Cardiff. We run gymnastic sessions for all ages and ability. Classes start from as young as age 1. Our passion is to create confident, strong, happy gymnasts and allow them to create memories and friends that last a life time but also define skills and reach their potential in the gymnastic world.
We have gymnasts travelling from all over South Wales and Cardiff to train with us and constantly growing, creating a safe space for children to learn new skills, gain strength in an inclusive environment. Gymnastics develops passion as well as helping to create well-balanced, healthy, fit and happy children who will be well equipped to face life challenges. Team COGC run sessions for children of all ages and ability and are able to take gymnasts through what ever path they choose to take in this awesome sport.
We are situated in Sheldon, Birmingham and have been teaching children to dance since 1997.
Classes are split by school year, so friends are together and learning with their own age group. Everyone is encouraged to stretch their skills on different apparatus. From the tumble track to bars and beams, all gymnasts learn at their own speed.
This is an opportunity to build on your existing skillset and learn more advanced skills, including back-handsprings, aerials and somersaults, using gymnastics specific strength, conditioning and mobility training.
Our Gymnastic Dance Classes are designed particularly for the younger children, reception class age and upwards.
Recreational classes now follow CGA’s award scheme which ranges from level 1-7 & children can achieve a certificate for each piece of apparatus for each level.
