Lyra classes will teach you to spin, swing, stretch, and twist around the hoop. Classes use Lyra (aerial hoop) to develop core strength, flexibility and are a fun workout.
Our classes provide an excellent arm, back, core, and leg workout. These classes are also a fantastic way to increase your flexibility.
You will learn both Aerial Silks & Lyra in these classes.
