Performers climb the suspended fabric without the use of safety lines, and rely only on their training and skill to ensure safety. We define our aerial silks classes as the most fun one can have while doing a work out off the ground. Our circus trained instructors will take you through the basic steps of climbing and within no time you will be hanging, balancing and performing tricks up in the air, working towards combining a number of tricks into a routine.
These classes do require some initial upper body strength to perform the basic climbs, and you will continue to build on your core and upper body strength each week.
Aerial silk classes are perfect for children and adults. Ideal for anyone wanting that dynamic exercise class that builds strength, cardio and flexibility, or as an extra to gymnastics or dance classes or your weekly gym routine. Each week brings a new and different move/hold and is very very addictive.
