Courses are designed progressively, each week builds on fundamentals and skills from previous weeks.
Courses are available from Level 1 (Beginner 1) to Level 6 (Advanced). Our classes are run in small groups.

Aerial 101 is a workshop-style class that is designed for anyone who is new to aerial yoga. Join a small group class and get individual attention. Learn and experience the basics that you require for long term aerial yoga practice.
Intermediate Circus is for children who have progressed from the beginners class or children who have significant gymnastics experience. If your child has gymnastic experience, our Principal Trainer will complete an assessment in a Beginners Circus class to ensure suitability.
This introductory class is suitable for absolute beginners, including those with no prior aerial experience. Get comfortable spending time up in the air & upside down as we cover strength & conditioning for basic moves, such as Half Angel, Man on the Moon, Martini, Amazon, and more!
Aerial Silk is an aerial apparatus consisting of two pieces of fabric suspended from the ceiling. You will learn how to climb and wrap the silks to create various holds and “locks” around your body.
