Students utilize the two fabric tails to create a beautiful performance art. You will gain flexibility and develop increased stamina in a creative and supportive environment.
This introductory-level silks class is for students who are brand new or still getting comfortable on the silks.
Instruction includes the fundamentals of aerial silks, encouraging proper form and technique while learning to execute basic moves close to the ground. The goal at this level is to increase body awareness and confidence in the air.
