  • Day 2: Briefing of pistachio bar and then practical.
  • Day 3: Little history on Chocolate and make chocolate Mandola.
  • Day 4: concept and practical on how to make Oreo truffles.
  • Day 5: A bit concept on bonbons and then we will make orange bonbons.

 

Week 2: Travel Cakes ( little bit history and theory will be discussed along with each topic everyday).

  • Day 1: Figs Crumble cake.
  • Day 2: Chocolate Pistachio Cake.
  • Day 3: Orange Chocolate cake.
  • Day 4: Marble Cake.
  • Day 5: Cherry financiar.

 

Week 3: Tarts.

  • Day 1: Fresh Fruit Tart.
  • Day 2: Quiche
  • Day 3: Blueberry and Pistachio tart.
  • Day 4: Flan.
  • Day 5: Apple Pie.
