Our Story
This red seal eligible program gives you great hands on skills in both baking and pastry, including cakes, tortes, cookies, frozen and cream-based desserts. It provides the foundation for a career as a lead baker or pastry chef.
Pastry Classics Class is offered by C'est Bon Cooking. Set the ground work for mastering classic pastry creations.
The class is hands-on, everyone will be making laminated dough. Students will finish the class with croissants that are shaped, but should take them home immediately afterwards for the final rise and bake.
Contemporary Pastry-Making specialization is designed for creative, independent students with a strong interest in cooking and gastronomy. It’s an excellent way to acquire the skills necessary for a stimulating career.
