In this dynamic class, we turn up the intensity and push you to excel further by adding more complex partner drills with combinations to help you become a more well-rounded boxer.
Boxing utilizes punches only but focuses heavily on hand speed, head movement, and footwork. A good boxer can end a fight with one punch and is a very dangerous foe at close range.

If you want a great workout, our Beginner Boxing class is for you, even if you have never tried boxing before or if you are just starting out. Boxing is one of the best workouts to help you lose weight, tone up, improve coordination, and boost your energy levels.
This class will alternate between boxing and punching series and booty-focused strengthening circuits. Each class will end with a core finisher and attack round. There’s a fighter in each an every one of us!
