Assessment:
This half day course is followed by a 30 min multiple choice test. The pass mark 10/15
Refresher training is normally every 3 years.
Certification:
The Level 1 Award in Food Safety certification demonstrates that the learner has successfully achieved suitable and sufficient knowledge in food hygiene practices to this level.
