DurationBabyballet® is a fun, award-winning pre-school dance program for girls and boys from 18 months to 4 years.
Tinies (18 months – 3 years), Movers and Tap (3 – 4 years). With a real focus on learning through play and the imagination, the unique babyballet® syllabus offers the fundamentals of ballet, jazz and tap where every child can build their confidence and skills in dance as their first steps to learning their basic dance technique.
It also develops key developmental areas such as learning manners, discipline and respect while developing, coordination, musicality, balance, posture, and rhythm.
Once our babyballet® students have graduated from the Movers class they will transition into our after-school classes and join our Tempo Tribe where they can further their ballet training with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Pre-Primary ballet syllabus or branch out into a variety of different genres offered in our Petites & Junior Programs.

We were recently nominated for the 2020 local business awards on the Northern Beaches for our excellence in service and experience as voted by our lovely students and their parents.
Tempo Red was developed and redirected by Diana Sakaris who was previously the Head of Department of Babies and Tiny Tots at Brent Street Studios.
Diana took over Tempo Red in 2008 and in 2011 moved into brand new state of the art studios in Brookvale designed with fully sprung floors, full mirrors, bars and a great sound system to accommodate the growing needs of the school.
Classes are run during the school term six days a week, offering a wide variety of dance genres for children, both girls and boys, with our babyballet® program starting from the tender age of 18 months old.
Our RAD Ballet exams are held mid-year and our results are of an excellent standard.

Our adult classes are a great way to have fun while exercising! Beginners and return dancers all welcome.
Our Kinder Ballet class is a wonderful program for young budding ballerinas. These classes provide a structured style of ballet class whilst allowing for your child to explore their creativity, fun and imagination.
Our studio teaches under the Royal Academy of Dance, assuring our ballet classes teach the syllabus of the worlds’ leading ballet foundation. At least one class a week is suggested for all dancers to develop technical understanding and the foundation for any other style of dance.
Classical Ballet Course is Offered by Premier Dance Academy.
